Riley teachers Hannah how to play doctor on Agnes' belly using q-tip, tweezers and doppler before explaining how to use her tongue and lips to explore every part of her navel and belly button. Then it's Agnes' turn to do the same to Hannah under Riley's expert guidance.
 
Finally, both girls take what they have learnt and use their skills on Riley at the same time.
